Attorney Thomas M. Haughey
Tom was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but grew up in the Chicago suburb of Evanston, Illinois. Tom and his wife moved to New Hampshire in 1972 and have three grown children.
Tom’s area(s) of practice are concentrated in Foreclosures, Real Estate and Real Estate Litigation.
Tom was admitted in 1972 to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire; The United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Tom is a member of the Belknap County Bar Association (Past President); Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations; and is a designated HUD Foreclosure Commissioner. Tom is also a member of the N.H. Mortgage Bankers Association. He has authored the “New Hampshire Foreclosure Synopsis,” of the National Mortgage Services Reference Directory for the past fourteen (14) years.
Tom’s outside interests are golf, classic wooden boats, alpine and Nordic skiing, and enjoying his cabin on Mark Island in Lake Winnipesaukee.
