Diane Nickerson – Legal Assistant

Diane is a Legal Assistant supporting the bankruptcy department. She has been with the firm for twelve years, having previously served as receptionist. Diane brings a smile and a positive attitude to her work and the firm every day.

Prior to her employment with us, Diane spent 11 years as an Army wife with a young family, managing the household and actively supporting the military community while her husband was deployed.

When not working with bankruptcy claims and processes at H,P&L, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband Kyle, and grown children Maggie and Mike.  Much of her free time is devoted to acting, singing, stage managing, and working with her friends at the Winnipesaukee Playhouse.
